illuminance Solutions worked with the Western Australia Police Force to review procedures in relation to their management of health and safety functions – including services and processes – to improve return-to-work outcomes for ill and injured employees.
We undertook a comprehensive business analysis to identify and highlight mismatches between existing processes and best practice processes. We identified key areas to enable the Health and Safety Division to improve processes and policies, identified areas for alignment between divisional units to optimise resources, and set out recommended strategies to ensure a greater level of customer service to staff members across all applicable business units.
