Over the past few years, our team has helped clients that wish to leave their existing ICT provider. The most common basis of this decision is either outgrowing the provider, or dissatisfaction because the provider that has not fulfilled the promises in their agreement. Regardless of the reason, there are a few things you can do to smooth the process. This includes giving your provider a chance to improve, finding advice from other consultants and your lawyer, risk estimation and contingency planning, planning an exit strategy, and finding a new provider.
