One of our proudest achievements of 2025 was securing the ISO 27001:2022 certification, reinforcing our commitment to world-class security and risk management. This milestone demonstrates our dedication to safeguarding client data and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Modernising Our Hiring Process
We modernised our hiring process by rolling out a new Application Tracking System (ATS) and integrating it with our website, making the entire experience smarter and more connected. Candidates now receive real-time updates, enjoy a simpler and faster application flow, and sign contracts with e-signatures confidentially , helping us attract the right people while maintaining a people-first culture.
Streamlining Our Product Team’s Workflows
This year, we focused heavily on improving efficiency and delivery speed across our product team. By adopting agile ceremonies, we established clearer workflows and faster iteration cycles that improved predictability and delivery outcomes. We also facilitated more workshops, both internally and with our clients to improve requirement clarity, and reduce rework. Together, these improvements have resulted in a product team that collaborates more effectively, responds to change quickly, and delivers high-quality outcomes with greater consistency.
Product Expansion & Innovation
2025 has been a transformative year for our product landscape as we continued to enhance our solutions with purpose, intelligence and stronger customer experience at the core.
Expanding our reach through new client partnerships
We also welcomed new client partnerships this year, strengthening our footprint and enabling us to support more organisations across Australia. These collaborations highlight the trust placed in our solutions and the tangible value our teams continue to deliver.
Introducing our new Customer Support Portal
We are excited to launch our new Customer Support Portal, a centralised space where clients can log issues, request assistance and track updates in real time. This portal reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency, responsiveness and ensuring our customers feel supported every step of the way.
AI-enhanced AvantCare and CTMS
Both AvantCare and CTMS received significant AI upgrades this year. These enhancements enable smarter automation, improved decision-making and more intuitive user experiences, helping our clients deliver services more efficiently and with greater impact.

Empowering Seniors Through Scam Awareness
Together with the City of Rockingham, we co-hosted a community event focused on helping seniors recognise and avoid online scams. This initiative reinforced our commitment to digital literacy and community education.
