CRM upgrade following Strategic Development Plan
The Department of Housing completed a Strategic Development Plan and identified that the current Stakeholder Management System required review.
Options for improvements to the system were identified and the Department undertook a business analysis to provide stakeholders, the internal project team and the customer project team with an overview of the project, which included business process workshops to document and model the future-state business process workflows.
Through the functional design process, the following deliverables were identified:
- thorough documentation of specifications for each system modification, custom processing, custom report, and integration;
- design specifications, mapping and development of plans for integration and interfaces;
- design specifications, mapping and develop of data migration plans;
- a development process to build and test the system, and a complete system configuration.
Illuminance worked closely with the Department to engage staff members, provide strategic advice, and to provide staff training.
