The Master Builders Association of WA (Master Builders) recently engaged illuminance Solutions to plan and design an integrated management system that will increase member engagement and create greater efficiency.
A core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system will be developed to give Master Builders an improved ability to share information across the organisation, better access to business reporting and intelligence, and integration with existing business systems.
Graeme Dix, Business Director of Master Builders, said, “A major driver of this project is our desire to provide a streamlined and improved experience for members when they navigate through our member web portal. Events like our accredited and non-accredited courses and workshops though our Registered Training Organisation will be even easier to register for.”
“I’m looking forward to implementing more targeted communication with our members and clients,” said Kelly Dewar-Matusik, Master Builders Partnerships & Marketing Manager.
“Our ability to communicate with members and clients about issues or opportunities that are likely to be valuable to their businesses will be enhanced.” Nilesh Makwana, CEO of Illuminance said, “We value our relationship with Master Builders and are pleased that a better member experience and streamlined operations will result from our collaboration on this project.”
“Master Builders is a proactive organisation that will use innovative technology to assist with their continuous improvement, and we’re happy to support them in this project. Working with Master Builders to define what processes need to be redefined and supported has also been a key component of our project,” Mr Makwana said.
