Vincent has been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (former Dynamics CRM) since version 3.0 from 2007. He has a project portfolio across various sectors and has delivered CRM projects of different scales. Vincent’s experience covers end-to-end of the project cycle, from project engagement to post go-live support.
Vincent also provides oversight to ensure all projects meet the needs of all illuminance Solutions’ clients. This is accomplished through collaboration with key stakeholders to develop digital transformation strategies with business executives based on our “customer-centric” principle. He ensures these strategies are aligned with the client’s organisational goals and objectives, and can grow with an organisation.
