The Illuminance Solutions’ office were recently packed with those people we believe have all contributed to the business’ success.
From team members and their families, our university lecturer’s and former teachers and loyal clients, to the Hon. Paul Papalia CSC MLA – Minister for Tourism; Racing and Gaming; Small Business; Defence Issues; Citizenship and Multicultural Interests and the Microsoft One Commercial Partner Director Rachel Bondi – it was really special to celebrate with everyone together under one roof.
But there’s not always need for food and a big party to show your appreciation.
It’s all about being authentic and genuine.
A small gift, a card, a handwritten note or simply just saying ‘thanks’ can go a long way to making a lasting impact on someone.
