They also needed to ensure the organisation’s processes and systems were robust enough to sustain core business capabilities and flexible enough to address market changes and collaborated with illuminanace on a sustainable solution.

illuminance Solutions upgraded MBA WA’s CRM system, enabling more efficient member management. The initial stage involved a Discovery & Definitions workshop that reviewed and analysed MBA WA’s current processes, identified priorities and requirements of the business areas, incl. membership services.

Government of WA – Department of Housing

Government of SA – Department of State Development

More than 400 people have found work through the program since it commenced, while more than 800 people have entered training programs. The program has since been extended, with an additional offices established in South Australia. illuminance Solutions was engaged to conduct a business analysis and design a data framework using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

WAFIC

The Western Australian Fishing Industry Council (WAFIC), a Western Australian industry body, engaged illuminance Solutions to analyse business processes and current software with a view to recommending areas where improvements could be made. A means of enabling a centralised source of data storage was recommended and software was designed and installed to meet WAFIC’s requirements.

Small Business Development Corporation

illuminance Solutions worked with SBDC to analyse their current business processes and identify any gaps and areas for improvement.The analysis was also conducted to determine how SBDC could use their CRM to support event management and other functional areas of the business. It was also understood that migration to an upgraded version of CRM would need to occur.
